Dr. George is a 1971 graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. He was one of four dental students that exempted the fourth year of dental school because of scholastic and clinical achievements. He was allowed to practice in a U.S. Public Health Service Hospital until graduation.
Beginning his practice in the Athens area, Dr. George has performed extensive restorative dentistry including restoring dental implants. He was one of the first in this area to do cosmetic dentistry and has placed veneers since 1972.
