I feel very fortunate to be part of dentistry. I have an opportunity to watch my clients go through life changes and be a part of it. Ongoing dental care and maintenance prevent oral and systemic health in the future. I believe early intervention and knowledge prevents many issues later on. The human body is one-piece and everything that happens within people’s mouth is linked to systemic health. I am enthusiastic about obtaining new knowledge by taking numerous continuing education courses and actively participating in several local and nationwide study groups. I am a graduate of the University of the Pacific, Arthur Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco. I also hold a license to practice dentistry in Japan. My deceased father was in dentistry. While I was in school, I was involved in craniofacial research where I studied cleft lip and palate extensively. I also completed a General Practice Residency in California where I provided care to medically compromised adults at Veterans Hospital and children under general anesthesia at University Medical Center. I enjoy being involved in the local community to share my knowledge with society. I am a member of ADA, WSDA, SKCD, TBI ambassadors , AMR advanced program.
I gain energy from being with Cosmos Dentistry team and our clients. When I am not at Cosmos Dentistry, I enjoy being with my family, friends, reading, being in nature, and practicing Yoga and Pilates. We have a Balinese cat named” Gumi “and a Goldendoodle named “Winnie “which brings me so much joy and happiness.
