Dr. Khan has been practicing dentistry for more than 35 years. After receiving his Bachelor of Dental Surgery, BDS from GDC Bengaluru, India, he proceeded to Austria for Oral Surgery Residency in Austria for more than 15 years.
Dr. Khan moved to the USA and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University in 2001, with special interest in Tempro-mandibular Disorders.
As an accredited member of International Association of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT) and SMART certified, Dr. Khan maintains many hours of continuing education each year. His areas of special interest include TMJ therapy, smile make overs, Orthodontics and myo-functional therapy.
Dr. Khan is a member of the American Dental Association, Maine Dental Association, Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine and International Association of Orthodontics.
Dr. Khan’s biological approach to oral and dental health helps his patients achieve overall healthier and joyous lives.
He and his wife have a daughter. He enjoys hiking, reading, photography and travel.
