Born and raised in Romania, Dr. Tiplea graduated from dental school in his native country in 2004. But Dr. Tiplea is a relentless, competitive dreamer. He wanted something more: Ardently pursuing happiness, he found the opportunities and challenges of the US just what he wished for. In 2011, Dr. Michael Tiplea graduated from the University of the Pacific’s Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, one of the most respected institutions of higher learning in the country.
