Dr. Bonanno is a second-generation board-certified plastic surgeon specializing in cosmetic plastic surgery for both women and men at all stages of life. Dr. Matthew Bonanno is an attending plastic surgeon on staff at Lenox Hill Hospital / Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital (North Shore-LIJ Health System) and the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary (The Mount Sinai Health System) in New York City. He completed his training in General Surgery at the prestigious Lenox Hill Hospital on the Upper East Side of New York City, then completed his Plastic Surgery Residency at one of the country’s busiest and renowned medical centers – Wayne State University / Detroit Medical Center in Detroit, Michigan. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. While Dr. Bonanno’s training and education in plastic surgery have been extensive, it does not fully reveal the scope of his experience. He is a second-generation plastic surgeon and has had vast exposure to both the artistic and medical aspects of the field since an early age.
