Dr. Ross’s reputation precedes him in the best way possible. He has been at the forefront of dialysis access surgery for over 30 years now and has shown a dedication to the field unlike any before him, and likely any after. Dr. Ross took his personal time to fly his plane or drive his motorcycle to a clinic just to see about a patient and make sure they’re taken care of. His mission to leave the access field better than he found it has materialized into the Dialysis Access Institute, the only center in the country that puts the patients’ needs first by getting them in and out with everything they need in one day, all while providing the highest level of care. And Dr. Ross’ clear passion for people is returned to him through the admiration his patients, coworkers, and colleagues have for him.
