Dr. Malixi hails from Canada; born in Mississauga, Ontario and raised in Montreal, Quebec. She was able to skip her bachelor’s degree and go directly into the 1-year Pre-Dentistry program at McGill University in Montreal, where she then completed her DMD in 2017. After 2 years with a wonderful team in Newport, Vermont, Dr. Malixi is excited to be a part of this incredible team here at K&E Advanced Dentistry.
Dr. Malixi enjoys providing a wide range of treatment for patients, such as restorative dentistry, crowns and bridges, extractions, root canals and dentures. She is also in the process of completing her implant fellowship with the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. Despite her ability to provide these many procedures, Dr. Malixi believes strongly in preventive dentistry and is happy to help her patients improve their oral health through education and communication whenever possible.
Dr. Malixi is engaged to her fiancé Jacques, with whom she has a chatty Siamese cat named Saber. They love traveling together, and in her spare time Dr. Malixi enjoys singing, dancing, and drawing, among many other disciplines of art. She also speaks French and Spanish if ever you are most comfortable communicating in these languages.
