I had a pleasure to know personaly dr. Bojaj since we were students. He was and still is very passioned to medicine and very friendly and open to colleagues. Dedicated to patients and to their needs and his abilities to adapt his professionalism in country with low income(kosovo) with the health and wellfare system yet needed to develop. Dr Bojaj stands above these and produces the best not only in local level but also in the international one by publishing many pappers and taking part actively in the international associations. I first met Dr. Gazmend Bojaj as a promising young student at the University of Prishtina many years ago. Since then, he has been devoted to helping families through their health issues and accruing experience. His devotion to health care took him to Germany, allowing him to garner a multicultural perspective and approach that he brings to his bedside manner and to each of his patients. He diligently applies the wealth of knowledge amassed over the years in multiple ways. While he still maintains a successful family practice office, he is also devoted to giving back to the institution that first opened the doors to the practice of medicine. He currently holds a faculty title at the Heimerer College on Prishtina as a teaching doctor, where he trains young students and residents towards the art and science of medical care.

I knew a Doctor Gazmend Bojaj as professional since April 2019. We introduced in Salzburg’s seminars. He showed himself as a leading specialist, actively participant in all sections of the seminar. He also invited us to exchange programs.

I am pleased to write about Dr. Gazmend Bojaj. I met him at CHOP-SEMINARS for Adolescent medicine in Salzburg 2019. He is a great specialist, hard working, persistent and thrifty. He is always open to update his knowledge and to share it with his patients and colleagues. He can speak fluently english and german. He has attended many seminaries, conferences, observerships and had a huge experience not only in primary care medicine but also in other medical fields. He is very friendly and actively involved in development of medical system. He is also good father and husband, and has a great family. Hi had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Gazmend Bojaj on a medical seminar in Salzburg. He’s very skilled and intelligent doctor but the best part is that he can combine this great techinical skills with an excelent natural comunication and emphatic personality.

I know Dr. Gazmend Bojaj from a Salzburg Medical Seminar on Family Medicine in 2015, organized by American Austrian foundation. He was very active participant, shared his board knowledge with other doctors, helped others to prepare case presentations. He has an excellent friend and true leader. I could imagine how happy his patient with him. Fortunately we met again in 2018 in another Salzburg Medical Seminar. I remember he was granted additional certificate for results of post seminar multle choice question test. For me he is hero, he is an outstanding example of a doctor for medical students. I wish him good luck and say thank you to his teachers and parents.

I met Dr. Bojaj in Austria, both of us attending a Salzburg Medical Seminar on Family Medicine in 2015, organized by American Austrian foundation. Participants for that seminars are selected from different countries, usually one from each country. Dr. Bojaj was one of the most active participants, from the very first day established good relationships with everyone in the group and therefore becoming an informal leader. He also demonstrated himself as highly educated doctor, active in clinical discussions and case presentations. Doctors of the group created a facebook group that helped us to keep in touch after the seminars and we are communicating so far. Its my pleasure to witness the further academic success of Dr. Bojaj and his efforts in the difficult process of Family Medicine development in Kosovo.

Dr. Med. Gazmend is very knowledgable, always open to share his knowledge with others. He has the skills to manage a group and organize all the well-structured frameworks. He is active both at local, national, European and also global levels.  He has a strong personal scholarly culture. Gazmend is a leader; he possesses expertise. Gazmend Bojaj, MD, PhD is a great Leader of Family Medicine from new generation at Prishtina, Kosova and a good lecturer in the field of Public Health. I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Bojaj since 2014. We initially met through our joint interest in Global Health and quickly joined forces during the #1WordforFamilyMedicine initiative. Specifically, this project advocated for Family Medicine in over 120 countries around the world and Gazmend served as our national representative for Kosovo. Since then, he has proven to be a perpetual leader for our specialty in his country and throughout Europe. Gazmend is a highly effective, intelligent, and productive physician-leader that would be an excellent addition to any team.
