It was a pleasure having Bill as a hand fellow at was once Cedars Medical Center , but now is the University of Miami Hospital where I was the director of the Hand & Microsurgery Unit. Bill was highly ethical, bright, capable, hard-working, talented, and got along very well with the staff and patients.
