Dr. Franklin A. Landers, D.D.S., F.A.G.D. was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. He attended Purdue University and received his doctorate in Dental Surgery from Ohio State University in 1979. In December of 1983, he established his practice in Boynton Beach.
Dr. Landers has studied under some of the most premier dentists in the world. His education and interests include implant restoration and surgical placement of dental implants, TMJ therapy, periodontal plastic surgery and cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry. He has been involved in implant dentistry for over 30 years, and as such, has seen the evolution of dental implants in that time.
He now resides in Delray Beach with his wife and two cats. When he is not in the office, you can probably find him at the golf course!
Dr. Landers was awarded a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry in 2009. This was a result of over 500 hours in continuing dental education and passing a stringent written examination in all phases of dentistry and administered by the Academy. The Academy of General Dentistry is the world’s largest organization dedicated to continuing education in all phases of dentistry. Dr. Landers is also a member of the Academy of Osseointegration, the world’s largest organization dedicated solely to the continuing education of its members in the latest in implant technology both in the placement and restoration of dental implants. Their annual meeting brings the world’s greatest educators and researchers in the field of implant dentistry to the U.S every spring. Its always number one on Dr. Landers list of events to attend. Dr. Landers is a member of the American Dental Association and the Florida Dental Association
