In 2013, she received an award for “Top Physician for Quality and Service” by Sharp Community Medical Group as well as a “Best Doctor” award from a poll conducted in the neighborhood she serves.

Dr Ellyn Levine has great passion for life and loves helping others optimize their health and life in general. She is very knowledgeable about the Take Shape for Life program and can help others with their weight loss needs as well as implementing this program in their medical practice.
