Dr. Elena Klusova N., MD

I have had the pleasure of working with Elena since 2015 when we firm met at the WONCA Europe Conference in Istanbul. As a speaker, she captivated her audience with her unique energy that mesmerizes all. Potentially more impressively, this was done in her third language! Since then, we have worked on multiple collaborations dealing with improvements in technology use in medical care, gender violence, and urgent/emergency care. Perhaps my favorite collaboration was during our #1WordforFamilyMedicine Project where we worked together to advocate for our specialty in her native Russia and in over 110 other countries. Elena has proven to be a true leader with an amazing presence both in Europe and around the world. She has an amazing track record to date and I expect her to only grow as a leader within family medicine. I give her my highest personal and professional recommendation without any reservation. I can’t wait to see what is next for this bright, ambitious, and outgoing physician-leader!
