Originally from Woodstock, NY, Dr. Courtney Sharpe attended Kennesaw State University, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Dr. Sharpe then proceeded on to pursue his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Sherman Collage of Chiropractic, located in Spartanburg, SC.
At the age of 5, Dr. Sharpe had a near-fatal experience at the hands of the traditional healthcare system. His parents shifted their paradigm to pursue Chiropractic care as their primary source of health information, education, and view of health.
Dr. Sharpe graduated college, and chose to pursue a successful career as a home builder. One day on the job site, he collapsed on the floor in pain so sever he lost consciousness. After being transported to the hospital and running virtually every test possible, the verdict was in: he was healthy! The hospital found nothing wrong, gave him painkillers, and told him to go home.
Dr. Sharpe visited a Chiropractic doctor, had blood work done, and was educated on several lifestyle changes and corrections that needed to be made ASAP. After making those changes, Dr. Sharpe recovered and become so passionate about healthcare that he chose to return to school to become a Doctor of Chiropractic.
Dr. Sharpe has helped thousands of patients in and around the Alpharetta community get natural, non-invasive, non-medicated results, and continues to help patients understand how a doctor-directed approach to help the body heal itself can yield extraordinary results.
In his spare time, Dr. Sharpe spends quality time with his wife Kristin and their young son Luke. He enjoys skiing, golfing, and spending time on Lake Lanier.
