Memberships/Affiliations: Dr. Apfelbaum graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 1970 with a Bachelors degree in Science. In 1974, he graduated from the University of Pennsylvania – School of Dental Medicine with his D.M.D. degree. During the years 1974 -1975 he was a hospital based Resident at the Medical College Hospital of Pennsylvania. In the following 10 years, he taught at the Medical Hospital of Pennsylvania & the dental school at the University of Pennsylvania.
