Dr. Brian Coyne, MD

I have had the opportunity to work with Dr. Chow for several years during which time he has treated urgent care patients including my own personal patients in our clinic. As medical director of our clinic, I’ve had over 9 years of experience observing our physicians care for patients. Throughout this time I have found Dr. Chow to be particularly concerned with patient care. He would consult with me and other physicians in our practice to make sure the best decisions were made regarding his patients. I felt he truly was interested in making sure his patients were well-cared for. He didn’t want to simply perform “cookbook” medicine or order unnecessary tests for liability concerns. For those issues he or anyone else could simply open a book or perform a Web search. I’ve had multiple discussions with Dr. Chow regarding appropriate follow-up and management not only of urgent medical issues but also chronic diseases. It’s clear to me Dr. Chow understands the importance of appropriate management and care of both patient groups. He genuinely seems concerned about the best interests of the patient. His chart documentation is excellent and patients are instructed on appropriate follow-up issues. Unlike a few of my colleagues, Dr. Chow seems particularly interested in the art and science of medicine. He enjoys sharing newly-found pearls of wisdom with others. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Chow for whatever field of opportunity awaits him in the future
