Dr. Neal graduated from Eastern Oregon University with a Bachelor’s degree in biology. He then attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine under the USAF Health Professions Scholarship. After receiving his doctorate in 2003, he went to his first assignment at Shaw AFB in South Carolina to meet his future wife, Lisa. He continued training with a one year post-graduate Advanced Education General Dentistry assignment at Barksdale AFB, Louisana. This assignment covered a large spectrum of dental specialties. I know Dr. Neal since 1999 until now. We have been keeping in touch after school. I found Dr. Neal very passionate about the career of dentistry. He is one of the dentists who always looks for new technologies and techniques to treat his patients. Dr. Neal is a thorough and conservative dentist, he will give his patients honest advice and recommendation when it comes to comprehensive dental care. It is an honor to get to know a good friend like him. I respect Dr. Neal for his dedication and commitment to serve our nation Air Force troops for many years before owning his office.
