Dr. Thai Nguyen, DDS

Dr. Thai Vinh Nguyen obtained his Bachelor of Science in Biology and Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Washington in 1999. He and his wife, Dr. Audrey Nguyen, have practiced dentistry at their two locations in Washington: Tacoma and Auburn.

Dr. Thai Vinh Nguyen is a General Dentist and practices ALL aspects of dentistry. He has a special keen interest in dentofacial orthopedics and orthodontics, TMD treatment and myofacial pain. He has accumulated over 1600 hours of CE credits which focus on orthodontics, orthopedics, TMJ, Sleep Apnea, etc.

His orthodontic treatment goals are not only straight teeth, but also better facial profile, muscle harmony, and healthy TMJ. Dr. Nguyen strongly believes that many of cases could be accomplished with early intervention and non-extraction treatment. His other equal interests include Sleep disorders and dental implants. He holds The DIPLOMATE of the International Board of Orthodontics (IBO), a Fellowship at the International Association for Orthodontics (IAO) and is an IAO Senior Certified Instructor, an Associate Fellowship at the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, a Fellowship at Academy of Dentistry International, a Fellowship at Pierre Fauchard Academy and a member of Academy of General Dentistry.
