Syed A. Naseeruddin, MD FAAFP

Syed Naseeruddin, MD is a board certified Family Medicine and Sports Medicine physician. After completing undergraduate work at Georgia Tech, he enrolled at the Medical College of Georgia to obtain his medical degree. Dr. Syed served in the US Air Force for 5 years during Operation Desert Shield. He then completed his residency training in Family Medicine through Dartmouth University in Maine. Following his residency, he completed a Sports Medicine Fellowship in Pittsburgh through Drexel University where he was part of the Pittsburgh Pirates medical coverage team.

Dr. Syed is a member in good standing in the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine, the American College of Sports Medicine, the American Institute of Ultrasound Medicine and Kentucky Academy of Family Physicians. In 2012 Dr. Syed was conferred the designation of Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
