Dr. Sundeep Grandhe, MD, PhD[c], CPE, HEC-C, DipABLM, HMDC, MBBS, FACHE[c], FAAHPM

Dr. Grandhe is a triple board-certified, dual Harvard fellowship-trained, and Harvard-educated physician who graduated with honors from Sri Ramachandra University, a Harvard Medical International Affiliated Institution in Chennai, India, before returning to the U.S. to complete his residency in Internal Medicine at UCLA-Kern Medical. Following this, he pursued a fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School, where he further deepened his expertise in compassionate, patient-centered care.

Recognized internationally as an expert in patient-centered care and quality of life improvement, Dr. Grandhe is a board-certified Fellow of the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine (FAAHPM). This is the highest honor that can be awarded by the Academy, the leading professional organization for physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers dedicated to advancing quality of life for seriously ill patients. He is also a diplomate of the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine (ABLM). His expertise and groundbreaking contributions have earned him global recognition for advancing healthcare ethics, palliative medicine, and innovations that enhance the well-being of patients worldwide. He is certified by the Hospice Medical Director Certification Board (HMDCB), the American Society for Bioethics and Humanities as a Healthcare Ethics Consultant-Certified (HEC-C), and is a Certified Physician Executive (CPE) through the Certifying Commission in Medical Management. Notably, he is the only physician in the Central Valley of California to hold this unique combination of certifications and honors, reflecting his dedication to clinical excellence and ethical leadership.
