Dr. Rachel West Perentis, DDS

Dr. Rachel Perentis was born and raised in Iowa and attended the University of Iowa. It was there she met her husband, Dr. Greg Perentis. Together, they have two sons, two daughters, a daughter-in-law, and an amazing grandson. Family is very important to them, and this translates into how they run our practices.

Dr. Perentis moved to North Carolina in 2001 and immediately set to work, helping young people acquire healthy smiles. She finds it genuinely enriching to help children gain a positive view of dentistry.

Our dentist in Durham, NC knew from a young age that she wanted to help kids and work in the health field. Dentistry was the ideal fit, and she loves what she does. You’ll see this is super clear by the amount of fun Dr. Perentis has when each child visits.
