Dr. Phuong Pham

Inspired to help others, Dr. Pham knew at a young age he wanted to pursue a career in medicine. After finishing his undergraduate study at the University of California, Irvine (UCI), Dr. Pham went on to medical school at the highly ranked UCLA School of Medicine. It was during his medical school years that Dr. Pham discovered his passion for plastic surgery.

Dr. Pham completed a full 5-year general surgery residency at Marshall University, where he served as the chief resident. Recognizing that plastic surgery requires in-depth knowledge of wound healing for optimal aesthetic outcomes and patient satisfaction, Dr. Pham spent a year immersed in clinical research examining the role of stem cells in wound healing at the Medical College of Georgia.

He then went on to complete his plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at the Medical College of Georgia. During his residency, Dr. Pham also served as chief administrative resident, developing and administering the didactic curriculum for the residency program. In his final year of training, Dr. Pham was selected to spend two months at the Cleveland Clinic under the tutelage of the world-renowned plastic surgeon Dr. James Zins. There, he enhanced his surgical techniques in cosmetic procedures of the face, breast, and body. To further hone his surgical skills and to provide the latest techniques with the best outcomes for his patients, Dr. Pham elected to spend another 6 months in an Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Fellowship at The Plastic Surgery Center in Sacramento, CA.
