Dr. Sheikh is a Periodontist, Implantologist. She has joined as a senior lecturer at M.A.Rangoonwala Dental college; pune; done many National & International publications; Posters & paper presentations.

She has Recently Received "India Prosperous 2016 "merit awards and Also Received "Dental innovation of the year " at a National award ceremony for our Dental health education app; Nominated in Excellence in periodontics & Young Dental achiever of the year too.

The Densapp is released worldwide & it includes oral hygiene instructions in 6 different languages i.e. English; Hindi; Marathi; Spanish; Portuguese & Arabic so that we can reach maximum no. Of population.The idea behind creating a dental app is to create awareness and motivation amongst the population; As we say Bridging the gap between the Dentist & Public.

As we all know How periodontitis can lead to Coronary heart disease; arthritis; kidney failure & other respiratory tract infections. So as a Periodontist i feel it's my responsibility to educate & motivate people for maintaining a healthy & disease free lifestyle. Stay healthy & keep smiling: )
