Dr. Saman completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from University of Texas at Dallas. After receiving an international Studies Scholarship to the Sorbonne University in Paris, France he studied French language and humanities and attended the University of Texas HSC San Antonio Medical School.
