Dr. Lili G. Kaplan, MD

Dr. Kaplan is a native of Pennsylvania. She obtained both her undergraduate and medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She was an intern at the Presbyterian-University of Pennsylvania Medical Center and did her Ophthalmology residency at the prestigious Scheie Eye Institute at the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center. She then went on to complete a retina fellowship at the Duke University Eye Center in Durham, North Carolina, one of the top retina fellowship programs in the country. ​Dr. Kaplan has presented at many international conferences and published over 9 peer reviewed journal articles and book chapters. She is the recipient of the American Society of Retina Specialists Resident Excellence Award as well as an award from the National Eye Institute, Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology.
