Dr. John Van Der Werff, DDS

John Van der Werff received his D.D.S. degree from the University of California, San Francisco, in 1982. He was in private general practice until 2004, when he limited his practice to TMJ disorders, orofacial pain and dental sleep apnea. He has completed over 2300 hours of continuing education, including over 850 hours in orofacial pain. Dr. Van der Werff is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orofacial Pain, Distinguished Fellow of the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain, Master in the Academy of General Dentistry, and is certified by the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine. Dr. Van der Werff is also a qualified medical evaluator (QME) for the state of California.
