Dr. Jake Sylwanowicz, DDS

Dr. Jake is a Southern California native and grew up in near by Cypress. He studied biochemistry at Cal State Long Beach on a President’s Scholarship before graduating with honors from UCLA School of Dentistry. Dr. Jake continued his dental training at the VA Medical Center Long Beach so that he could develop skills to help patients with more complex needs. Dr. Jake is passionate about being a general dentist because it allows him to to apply all aspects of dentistry to give his patients the care they need. What truly motivates him, however, is developing lasting relationships with his patients.

Outside the office, Dr. Jake and his wife, Lauren, are avid world travelers. They love meeting new people around the globe and intend to set foot on all seven continents (currently at five). Closer to home, Dr. Jake loves spending time outside, especially at the beach.
