Dr. Ten Eyck was born in raised in Ohio and is an avid Ohio State Buckeye Fan. He completed his undergraduate studies at The University of Toledo and graduated from the Ohio State University Dental School in 1985. Doc moved to Arizona in 1988 and started the practice he has today. He moved to his current state of the art facility in July of 2004.

Dr. Ten Eyck is a member of the ADA American Dental Association, the AZDA Arizona Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. He continues to make education a priority in his office.
