Dr. Forest Christopher Port, DMD

Dr. Forest Christopher Port received his dental training at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, graduating in 1998. After dental school, he moved to Western North Carolina and in 1999 purchased his dental practice from Dr. Eddie Cranford in Hendersonville, NC.

In 2000, Dr. Port pursued training in cosmetic and aesthetic dentistry from the internationally renowned Nash Institute in Charlotte, NC. He later became a clinical instructor at the Nash Institute and spent a year working side-by-side with Dr. Ross Nash and Dr. Robert Lowe, widely recognized as innovators in cosmetic and restorative dentistry.

In addition, Dr. Port worked with Dr. Tom Orent, founder of 1000 Gems Seminars, consulting with dentists and dental teams across the country to improve their patient care.

In the Fall of 2007, Dr. Port moved his dental practice to Arden, NC and founded the Asheville Smile Center.

Dr. Port is a member of the Crown Council, a group of dentists dedicated to improving the lives of children through their sponsorship of Smiles for Life, an organization that has raised millions dollars for various health related children's charities.
