Dr. Eric Tibesar, MD

Dr. Tibesar is a graduate of the Carver College of Medicine at The University of Iowa. He completed his pediatric residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN . He completed his Pediatric Gastroenterology Fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD. He has special interests in esophageal reflux, food allergies and nutrition.Dr. Tibesar has published multiple research articles in peer-reviewed journals, textbook chapters, as well as having contributed oral presentations at a number of professional association meetings. Dr. Tibesar is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Medical Association; American Academy of Pediatrics; North American Society for Pediatrics Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition; American Gastroenterological Association; and the American College of Gastroenterology.
