Dr. Eric Andersen, DDS

Dr. Andersen grew up just outside of Chicago, Illinois. He obtained his undergraduate degree in psychology from Duke University and immediately pursued his dental degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Dr. Andersen enjoys treating patients of all ages. As a dentist, he never stops learning and continues to take coursework in the most advanced and up-to-date clinical techniques. He believes that a healthy smile is an important foundation to a healthy individual. His passion for dentistry has led him to participate in several volunteer opportunities, including a week-long mission trip to the rain forest of Panama, where he treated native children and adults, and mentored pre-dental students.

Dr. Andersen maintains membership in the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, and the North Texas Dental Society.

Dr. Andersen and his wife reside in McKinney, and are proud parents to identical twin daughters. When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Andersen enjoys running, cycling, hiking, and cooking. He is active in the Sunrise Chapter of the Allen Rotary Club, Plano Area Moms of Multiples, Allen Public Library, and is a partner with the Allen ISD STEAM Center.
