Dr. Douglas Blose, MD

Dr. Douglas Blose is a respected dermatologist whose special skills can bring out your best skin.

Dr. Blose received his doctorate degree at UCLA medical school before completing a three-year residency in Dermatology at the University of Texas in San Antonio. A Board Certified Dermatologist and Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, he moved in 1986 to Downey, California, where he began teaching in his field.

Since opening his practice in Southern California, Dr. Blose has consulted with patients at a dozen nursing homes in the area, and has served as a staff member for six local hospitals. His dermatological expertise has been shared with many medical students and health care professionals, and his reputation is well known among his peers, hundreds of whom have referred their own family and friends to him for treatment.

Dr. Blose sees every patient as an individual with unique needs. He enjoys getting to know his patients so that a customized skin care plan may be designed just for them.
