Dr. Diana Mohana Prasad, MD

Diana Prasad, M.D was born in India and completed her medical school with honors at the prestigious Kerala University in 1997. After completing a pediatric residency in India, she practiced for 2 years as a pediatrician in India. She completed her second pediatric residency at Texas Tech University where she was also elected to be the chief resident for 1 year. She also received the Best Resident of the Year Award for 2 consecutive years. In 2012, Dr. Prasad moved to the Bay area with her husband and her 2 kids. Dr. Prasad is board certified in Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and is on staff at Lucile Packard children's hospital, El Camino Hospital in Mountain View. Dr. Prasad brings her experience and enthusiasm to the individualized care of her patients and families and enjoys her practice at Stanford Childrens health which includes caring for newborns and children through their teen years. She encourages open communication with families in a teamwork approach and strives to provide a comfortable environment and build a trusting relationship. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her loved ones
