Dr. Derrick Wang, DMD

Dr. Derrick Wang received his bachelor degree in Biochemistry from the University of California, Riverside. He went on and earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Wang completed a general practice residency at York Hospital, York, Pennsylvania.

During the first 10 years of Dr. Wang’s professional career, he maintained a private practice in aesthetic and general dentistry with his wife in York, Pennsylvania, and remained on medical staff at the York Hospital and Apple Hill Surgical Center where he performed dental rehabilitations under general anesthesia. He is the past president of York County Dental Society. He is one of the first general dentists in York area to perform dentistry using a surgical microscope.
