Dr. David L. Burns, DDS

Dr. Burns has been in people’s mouths since graduating from the Indiana University School of Dentistry with his D.D.S. degree in 1975. In addition to a long list of services he is able to offer to his clients, he has been the team dentist for the Fort Wayne Komets Hockey team since 1977, and for the Fort Wayne Flames Soccer Team in 1986-1989.

Dr. Burns has a serious interest in not only what may be considered standard dental practice, but in areas which have taken him to Canada, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Switzerland and around the United States as a lecturer on Physiologic Dentistry and TMJ Therapy.

In an effort to maintain the standards he has set for himself and to continue his learning, he is a member of the American Dental Association, Indiana Dental Association, Isaac Knapp Dental Society, The Cranio-Facial Pain Center Association, The American Academy of Physiologic Dentistry, The American Academy of Functional Prosthodontics, The American Academy of Head, Neck, Facial Pain and TMJ Orthopedics, The American Academy of Pain Management and The International Association of Orthodontics
