Dr. Dana Zhao is a highly rated and personable gastroenterologist and attending physician at Manhattan Gastroenterology. Dr. Zhao is board-certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) and has earned a series of accolades for her academic performance including the Dean’s Competetive Scholarship and Foundation Scholarship while at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School.Dr. Zhao has been published in medical literature and has regularly presented abstracts and presentations in her field. She has a strong passion for patient care and strives to deliver the highest quality of care to her patients that have earned her an excellent reputation in NYC.

As a practicing gastroenterologist, Dr. Zhao has a special interest in Women’s Health and prevention, colon cancer screening, inflammatory bowel disease, and Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Hemorrhoid Treatment, Heartburn and Celiac disease.
