Dr. Tarcatu was trained in a patient-centered and family oriented system of care that utilizes a multimodal and interdisciplinary therapeutic approach. She is triple Board-certified by the ABMS in Internal Medicine, Hospice and Palliative Medicine and Pain Medicine.

Her expertise includes pain and non-pain symptom management related to advanced illnesses and their treatments combined with complex end of life care.

She provides high–level symptom management for adult and pediatric patients using a broad spectrum of pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions.
