I’m licensed Naturopathic Physician (CT) and the owner of Independently Healthy Wellness & Coaching in Cumming, where we help ambitious women achieve the ultimate luxury, becoming independently healthy! Through functional medicine testing, holistic care and our signature Stop Dieting Method, we help women balance hormones, restore energy, and rediscover confidence. Our clinic is multi-award-winning, recognized as a Best of Georgia 2024 Winner, a NextDoor Neighborhood Favorite (2021, 2023, 2024), and a State of Georgia Award recipient (2022).
I hold a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, along with a degree in Chemistry, so I’m both sciencey and artsy (hello, dance background!). I’ve been in practice since 2016, blending science with holistic healing to help women thrive.
