Dr. Angela Christopher - AZ Spine Disc & Sport, DC,ART,MUAC

Dr. Christopher is the owner and CEO of AZ Spine Disc and Sport. AZSDS is a progressive multi-specialty sports medicine practice. The team at AZSDS includes medical doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists and massage therapists. Dr. Christopher has been practicing in the Phoenix/Ahwatukee area for 11 years. She has won multiple awards including "best chiropractor of 2011" by Phoenix Health and Wellness Magazine and "Best of Ahwatukee Chiropractor" by The Arizona republic in 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014.

Dr. Christopher's treatment philosophy is based on active corrective care. She uses a wide range of techniques including lower force and manual adjusting and often combines this with passive and active physical therapies. Dr. Christopher has continued her education and is also a licensed physiotherapist. She is certified as a whole body active release technique provider (ART), and is certified to perform manipulation under anesthesia. Dr. Christopher has studied the biomechanics of the body and how they relate to sports injury. She has also spent extensive hours to learn how to effectively treat work and auto related injuries.
