Dr. Andrew Ashikari

After completing his medical training at The University of Pittsburgh Medical School, his general surgery residency at Montefiore Medical Center, and his surgical oncology fellowship at The University of Chicago Hospitals, Dr. Ashikari joined his father’s practice in 2001. Since then has become known as the leading experts on nipple-sparing risk-reducing mastectomies with immediate implant reconstruction in the country. He has the largest experience with this surgery than anyone in the world. He regularly gives lectures on his technique throughout the country and visiting surgeons often visit The Ashikari Breast Center to view him operating.
