Dr. Andrei Metelitsa, MD FRCPC FAAD

Dr. Metelitsa is a board-certified Cosmetic and Surgical Dermatologist in both Canada and the United States and is currently Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Calgary and Co-Director of the Institute for Skin Advancement. He pursued an additional year-long fellowship in lasers and dermatologic surgery in Boston, Massachusetts under the direction of world-renown faculty from Harvard and Yale.

He has authored a Dermatology book as well as more than 30 book chapters and articles. Dr. Metelitsa has received more than 35 academic, research and leadership awards, including the University of Alberta Alumni Award of Excellence and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons resident leadership award.

Dr. Metelitsa's main areas of expertise include non-surgical facial rejuvenation, including use of fillers and neuromodulators, as well as laser resurfacing. He frequently teaches other physicians both nationally and internationally on novel techniques.
